Mandy Kushner, LPC-S

Owner & Lead Therapist | Telehealth across Pennsylvania

Insurance accepted

If you’ve been carrying something heavy for a long time, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and previous therapy hasn’t moved the needle, Mandy may be exactly who you’ve been looking for.

Mandy has been practicing for over 22 years and is one of the few ART-trained therapists in the Pittsburgh area. Accelerated Resolution Therapy helps many clients process trauma in just 2 to 5 sessions, without having to relive painful memories in detail. She also draws from CBT, polyvagal theory, and trauma-informed care throughout her work.

Clients describe her as warm, direct, and easy to talk to. She makes every person feel heard and like what they’re carrying actually matters.
Mandy sees clients via telehealth only across Pennsylvania.

Diana Simpson, LPC, NBCC

Therapist | Telehealth

Insurance accepted

If you’re a high-achieving teen or young adult who looks put together on the outside but feels anxious, overwhelmed, or trapped in your own head, Diana works with exactly that.

She specializes in anxiety, OCD, and perfectionism in adolescents and young adults aged 13 to 25. Her clients are often insightful and motivated, but exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Diana uses CBT, ERP, and mindfulness to help them slow down the overthinking, challenge stuck patterns, and build tools that actually stick.

What makes Diana different is her ability to shift between skills-based work and emotional processing based on what a client needs in the moment, while keeping meaningful goals in the background.

She’s engaged, warm, and not a blank-slate therapist. Her own mental health journey deepens her investment in every client she works with. Diana sees clients via telehealth only.

Chris works with teens, adults, and seniors navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, relationship challenges, and couples counseling. He uses CBT, DBT, REBT, and Socratic questioning to help clients shift perspective and start building a life they actually feel good about.

He’s supportive and non-judgmental, but he won’t just sit back and listen. Chris respectfully challenges negative beliefs and uses real engagement, including humor, to help clients see themselves differently. His goal is simple: help you become the main character of your own story.

Maddy Clines, MA, NCC

Professional Counselor | In-Person & Telehealth

Insurance accepted

If your child is struggling, or if you’re an adult dealing with low confidence, people-pleasing, or a sense that you’ve lost trust in yourself, Maddy works across all of these areas with warmth and a practical focus.
Maddy works with children under 12, teens, young adults, and adults.

She uses CBT, play therapy, mindfulness, and ACT to help clients strengthen self-confidence, develop healthier boundaries, and find real ways to respond to life’s challenges. For younger children, play therapy gives them a natural, age-appropriate way to process what they’re going through.

Her style is relaxed, approachable, and warm, with humor where it helps. Clients leave her sessions with actual skills, not just insight. Maddy sees clients in-person at the North Hills Pittsburgh office and via telehealth.
